Property consulting firms like CBRE Vietnam and JLL Vietnam said that due to stricter project approving and licensing in HCMC, especially after some municipal leaders were prosecuted regarding of public land violations and the city had to suspend hundreds of projects, supply of apartments in HCMC in first-half 2019 has declined sharply.
