After the successful Phase 1 last year, Phase 2 of Alpha Hill - Tower B continues to introduce unique transform apartments - Transformer Apartment. This project is the cooporation of Alpha King Vietnam and CBRE in district 1 of HCMC. Initial investment in the Alpha Hill - Tower B is only from VND2.3 Billion (banks support loans up to 80%, interest rates of 0 dong until receiving houses). The collaboration with CBRE helps Alpha Hill bring a preeminent investment solution, which has not yet been launched in Ho Chi Minh City.
