According to current statistics, total greenery per capita in Hanoi is only 11 sq.m, while the world’s average is 39 sq.m per capita. Low greenery ratio cause Hanoinese people to live a suffocating life. Therefore, according to CBRE Vietnam, there are more and more Vietnamese households that pay attention on living environment at convenient and high-level townships, which are located not too far away from central cities, but still ensure seclusion and peaceful atmosphere. The trend of green lifestyle has become a criterion of development in Vietnam in general and a new sustainable direction for real estate market in particular.
