Feliz En Vista is the 8th project by CapitaLand (one of Asia-Pacific’s largest real estate companies) in Vietnam. It is strategically located on Dong Van Cong Street, close to Thu Thiem New Urban Area, in the heart of District 2's self-contained administrative center. The concept of the project is an abstract notion of “The City Fabric” – a metaphorical city composed like a form of textile art, with interlacing threads of modernity and nature.
